He has built a diverse professional foundation across both the manufacturing and financial services sectors, having worked with esteemed organizations such as Vardhman Textiles, as well as leading financial institutions including Centurion Bank of Punjab, DCB Bank, and Poonawala Fincorp. This cross-industry exposure equips him with a well-rounded perspective on business operations, financial structuring, and risk management.

He has held key positions at reputed organizations including Poonawala Fincorp, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Finance, and Standard Chartered Finance, where he has led operations across multiple regions in Punjab. His experience spans managing business loans and loan against property portfolios for firms, groups, and companies, along with overseeing sales performance, compliance, and partner ecosystems.
Recognized for his strong leadership and execution capabilities, he has played a critical role in scaling operations, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring adherence to robust financial processes. Ridhima Kapoor
With a strong foundation in marketing and business strategy, she brings a dynamic and modern perspective to the firm. An MBA graduate in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management, she combines academic excellence with practical industry exposure to drive impactful business outcomes.
She has been associated with Fly High Consultants for the past two years, where she has gained hands-on experience in client servicing, strategic planning, and execution across diverse projects. Prior to this, she interned within the textile industry for 10 months, developing a strong understanding of operational workflows, market positioning, and industry dynamics.
Known for her creativity, adaptability, and result-oriented mindset, she plays a key role in enhancing client engagement, building brand value, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
